June Farms is like no place else on earth! "My New Happy Place" is a comment we hear quite often. Pamper yourself in our newest luxury property at the farm, our Wellness Hut. Built out of converted agricultural Quonset Huts, each cabin has a dry/wet sauna, soaking tub, optional cold plunge, outdoor shower, radiant heat/AC, and king bed.
We rarely have guests reach out to us for help, as everything is noted in your Check In Details. Please reach out to Miss Michelle DIRECTLY via text message if you have any questions.
Each Wellness Hut has one king bed and one day bed (single). You are welcome to bring additional children if you would like, even if it exceeds the 3 person maximum. We do not, however, have additional pull-out beds or cribs.
The "neighborhood" is what we call "farm country". However, we are just 10 minutes away from Albany and Troy, and about 45 minutes from Saratoga and Schenectady. There are many amazing restaurants very close by, and excellent shopping. When you book, you will receive a link to our blog giving you many suggestions for fun things to do off the farm.
When you stay at June Farms, you will be able to walk around the farm at any time and enjoy meeting all of our happy farm animals. The trails and farm paths throughout the farm are also yours to enjoy.
We do ask that you do not go up to the other cabins and interrupt their privacy.
This is one of the most unique experiences you will ever have. We have turned XL agricultural Quonset huts into luxury living for you to enjoy while you spend your time at peaceful, magical June Farms.
There are 4 Wellness Huts, each about 100 feet away from each other. You can either rent them one at a time, or all 4 at once. If you would to book them all at the same time, please reach out to Matt directly at the farm and he can help you with that booking.
If you are looking to enjoy The Pony Barn restaurant/bar, you are certainly welcome to join in on the fun at the bar, no reservation needed for cabin guests. Please note that The Pony Barn is only open Memorial Day-Labor Day, but please check our calendar to see if there are any special ticketed events you may enjoy!

One of the great things about June Farms is its proximity to the Albany Amtrak train station. It is a very simple, and short Uber ride (10 minutes) should you decide to take the train. Otherwise, we would suggest renting a car so that you can drive to the nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Around the farm, you can walk or rent a golf cart during your trip.
The owner of the farm, Matt Baumgartner, is a local restaurateur, and can give excellent recommendations for dining out and local experiences.
Also, June Farms is a short Uber / Lyft ride from the Albany Amtrak Train Station, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Albany & Troy.
Because of the popularity of JUNE FARMS, we can NOT guarantee that the Pony Barn Bar & Restaurant will be open/available during your stay. Private parties and events often get booked last minute. We promise you that the farm itself, and the animals and serenity, are the true appeal of the property. You will not be disappointed even if the Pony Barn is not open.

Summary: My wife and our dog just recently stayed at one of the wellness huts. From start to finish this was nothing short of an amazing experience. The hut had great ambiance, paired with an indoor/outdoor shower, soaking tub and personal sauna. The farm was well maintained and the animals were all accessible to meet. A huge thank you to Michelle who kept in touch the whole time to make sure our trip was perfect. Highly recommend the ATV tour with Josh, great experience! We will definitely be back!

Summary: Overall great experience! Absolutely loved the atmosphere and design of this cozy hut. The owners were extremely friendly and reached out multiple times to ensure we knew how to operate all features in the hut. Also ensuring that we had no other questions prior to our stay. Summary: My girlfriend and I came to June farms over MLK weekend for a getaway from Manhattan. It was perfect. We stayed in the wellness huts, which were so well designed that we were so relaxed from the minute we walked in. The sauna was my favorite part and the soaking tub was hers! There’s plenty of kitchenware to make an easy but tasty dinner that we brought. The grounds were beautiful, the animals so much fun to feed, pet and interact with. And the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming from the groundskeeper to the guest services team! We love June farms and will be back!

Summary: I am so glad I stumbled upon June Farms looking for a weekend getaway not too far from CT. The wellness hut had all the amenities one could need to relax and unwind. Michelle and Matt were so helpful before hand informing us of all the happenings. Michelle even made sure our coffee basket and wine was there to welcome us! The farm itself had so much to offer. We were able to take a pizza making class, feed the animals, and even enjoy a Holiday Brunch. Can't wait to come back and try out one of the other cabins.

Summary: Loved the wellness hut. Our sauna didnt work however the room was spacious and comfy. The staff is very attentive and we also enjoyed the soup stroll. Would def recommend.

Summary: My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and were impressed with the impeccable details and spaciousness of this "hut." Loved the dry sauna on the back deck and private outdoor shower, along with the indoor shower and soaking tub. The high-ceiling bathroom is fabulous! The kitchen was well appointed with 4 wine glasses, cutting boards, utensils and cutting knives, 5-cup coffee pot and filters, wine opener, dishes, coffee mugs, microwave oven, frig, awesome sink, and toaster. The king-sized bed is very comfortable. Looking out the gigantic window from the bathroom up the hill filled with trees and shrubs was a treat. We brought our dog, and she enjoyed the stay as well. Highly recommend a wellness hut for a romantic getaway!

Summary: June Farms is a hidden gem. We stayed there on an overnight trip. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We took an ATV tour w Michelle who gave us the grand tour and showed us all the properties and animals. The Pony Barn was open for pizzas, drinks top notch! It was dog park night and drew a fun crowd. Would def visit again!!!

Summary: This place is magical. We came down for a one day respite and it definitely lived up to that. The wellness hut was like living in luxury for a night, everything was so comfortable. The service is amazing and everyone is so friendly. We will definitely be coming back we truly enjoyed our time.
