Summary: We had 4 people in our double room. Because we didn't let them know we had our kids with us... They wanted to give us crap about giving us 2 more towels so everyone would have their own. It's very noisy .. the doors are like paper. Our air conditioner was leaking on our room. The bathtub is on a platform with nothing supporting it, so your head is damn near in the ceiling while showering. My son is 6'7... C'mon now. Pillows sucked. Beds are like rocks.

Summary: Nice roomy, comfortable, clean room. Comfortable and relaxing bed. Having hot water to shower with instead of the customary warm water was a major plus for my stay at this establishment. The quietness, peace and calm was so enjoyable. The establishment could definitely use more lighting on the premises. There are so many hidden, dark accessible areas on the premises which pose opportunies for a crime to occur.

Summary: The price was affordable but I had an issue with room service the tub was not cleaned and the sink had hair in it. They never came in our room to clean it during our stay.

Summary: The rooms have clearly been updated to try and make the place nicer, but the outside is dirty, it smells like weed, and the people who are there as customers were noisy and several were rude to the staff and others in the area. The rooms are colder when you get in and the door opens right to the outside. It is loud from the outside. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and did not have neighbors, but there was some commotion when we checked out a few hours later. We did not stay the night, especially after reading more of the reviews and seeing what else was going on there. We were told we would have to be charged for the one night since we did go to the room, but that Expedia could call the hotel and we could be reimbursed for the 2nd night. Expedia was completely shut down by the hotel management (and I’m not surprised. They seem to need all the money they can get). Go down the road to any other hotel (Hampton, Holiday Inn, Wingate) and you’ll get a room for nearly the same price that is cleaner, the staff is nicer, and you can feel more secure.

Summary: The hotel was ok if you’re used to rooms like that. The smell from the bathroom was nauseating. It smelled like moldy and wet sheetrock.
