Summary: Unfortunately I didn't learn until the morning that I had no hot water. I found a moth crawling on the floor. I didn't think anything of it. Until the morning when I found 2 medium brown colored bugs crawling on the floor. We have an expression where I come from, one is a fluke, two is a coincidence, but 3 is a problem. I also found a hair that was definitely not mine on the tub

Summary: The staff was alright. The room wasn't very clean. There wasn't a trash can in the room and no remote control. The shower leaked I was honestly surprised that it was attached to the wyndham name. I let the frint staff know my concerns. Hopefully they will take care of this for someone elses stay. We however will not ever be staying here again.

Summary: Kids running wild with shopping carts no supervision. I think they were owners kids. Pool not open. Flooring in unit moved as you walked in it. Bathroom door upo big would not close. Dirty tub.

Summary: Room was clean. Beds made. Only one pillow per bed and no cups for drinking. Service desk staff was extremely nice and helpful

Summary: Booked a 5 day stay. No microwave was missing from the room. Asked for a microwave since the one in the room was missing. Was promised one, never received it. I had to spend extra money for take out, because of this.

Summary: One of the reason I chose this hotel was because online listed it as pet friendly and breakfast. Sounded good but upon checking in the guy kept saying “no pets” right. Leaving me confused 🤔 this made my stay very difficult. And the breakfast was lacking in every way smh. Overall treatment by other staff was very pleasant and helpful. But next time I may reconsider stayin due to this experience. Pet situation just didn’t sit right with me truth be told
