Summary: The hotel needs a complete renovation. The rooms have a lot of wear and are old. The included breakfast is very basic and limited.

Summary: while the price was affordable, the hotel is definitely showing all the signs of its age. Carpet has been removed from the rooms and I'm sorry, but laminate flooring is not very nice in a hotel room. Hallway trash cans (near vending machines) are filthy from a lack of regular cleaning. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is a section of the hallway that is supposed to be closed off for the smoking rooms. The only problem with this is that when cleaning is happening the hallway door remains open. It was bad! The bananas at breakfast were over ripe and the only fruit available. Again the age of the building is definitely showing.

Summary: Hotel has been making upgrades. Bed is comfortable and room is large. However, the TV was not working properly and there was condensation on the floor. I needed to put a towel down. Breakfast was so so.

Summary: This was a stay where I didn't fully listen to the reviews because of the mixed comments. However, I’m convinced the good reviews were from the staff and not paying guests. This hotel needs to be listed as a motel. The lobby smelled of stale cigarettes (poor filtration), outdated fixtures and the room we stayed in was dirty. Since there were no availabilities at other facilities, this was a permanent place for the weekend. The housekeeping, from the way our room was done, only took the trash out, changed the sheets and provided clean towels. The floor wasn’t swept (trash and Q tips hidden in the corners), splattered food was on the wall near the trashcan, trash was inside the air conditioning vent, the bottom of the toilet (near floor) was not clean and after walking in my socks knew the floors don’t get cleaned either (brown to black dirt on the bottom). The only plus was the bed sheets smelled like bleach and the sink and actual toilet set were clean! There is a lack of care at this facility. The nighttime staff were nice and accommodating.

Summary: The first impression was not great, door mats were dirty. It needs updated. It was not a well maintained hotel. Breakfast was subpar. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
