Summary: Based on the good rate we figured that the room would be basically okay and we were right. Probably one star rating. The sheets were clean (only changed every three day) and the shower water was hot. The breakfast was basic either bagels, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee.

Summary: My mother and I stayed here for two nights because we were going to visit Longwood Gardens, about 20/30 minutes away. The room was nice and well appointed. I appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but the water was hot. The bathroom had some cracked tiles, but nothing that would ruin a stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our room and appreciated the breakfast offerings.

Summary: Staff were excellent, and Friendly. The room was clean upon entering. The web site advertised daily cleaning, so did the brochure. After 2 days without any cleaning service we inquired about the daily cleaning, and the lack of cleaning to our room. We were informed that only happens if request that in advance. So for a 4 day visit we had zero cleaning service.

Summary: I chose this location because I wanted to get closer to Wilmington and save a little on costs. I think it was a nice find for a chain hotel. The front desk clerk seems like a snob at first, but all I did was show him some kindness and smiled because I was genuinely happy and he eventually lit up and came around. So with that, I say the staff has been very kind and great. Even when I stayed an extra night my bed was made up using my kids stuffed animals all cute like along with fresh linens of course. A few things can use some upgrades like the blow dryer and the hanging area, and maybe even the shower water pressure. The sink water pressure was on point. The water heat also on point. All of the important things were taken care of or on point in my experience here. What really mattered to me was the friendly staff. Otherwise it would have been just another hotel stay. Thanks guys for some great customer service!
