Summary: I saw other guests complaining about the lack of hot water in their rooms, but our water was hot and ready. The place was very clean and about what I expected for the price.

Summary: I am definitely not a person to write a review. But when we came back to our room after the first nights stay, the room wasn’t cleaned or made up. There were no fresh towels. The bed wasn’t made. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they said that they don’t make up the rooms in between check-in and checkout because they said they got complaints from guests that they didn’t want the cleanup crew in their room when they weren’t there. I suggested they let their guest know upon check-in. The other thing I noticed was fingerprints on all the glass doors and chrome surfaces. Like they hadn’t been touched by any cleaning products or person in a while.

Summary: The hotel is old and it shows. So something like furniture was just not what you would want to use after being in a hotel room for who knows how many years. Had a suite which is basically a double room. Lights had been worked on so there was one switch for all eight ceiling lights which were all led and all on at once. Bathroom had a tub no shower except a hand held in the tub. Bottom line it's just old and upgrades need to be done but done professionally.
