Summary: The staff upon arrival and throughout our stay was so nice and welcoming. However, our stay was NOT what I expected it to be. The double bed room I booked keys didn’t work at all once we arrived, so we had to downsize to a king room, no additional charge. The pullout coach, its pillows, and mini fridge had an unpleasant smell. The toilet looked like one you’d find at an elementary school it was so small. The room keys kept self-deactivating or something, so I had to get new keys 3 times. The TVs picture quality was not that good; it kept lagging. This hotel is great if you’re booking on a budget, but please be aware you get what you pay for!!!

Summary: The hotel was clean. The breakfast was on the 2nd floor with a very narrow walkway getting to the room. This was very difficult to do in my mobility chair. The pool wasn't able to be in use, I'm guessing because even though it was mid June, it was still the last day of fall. The maintenance man left the water hose blocking the stair, which a you girl tripped over. My major complaint was when we got the room, we noticed the phone didn't work and there were 4 lights that the bulbs were blown. I requested assistance each day,cand was told it would be fixed. They were still not fixed 3 days later when we left. A hotel room with 4 bulbs out makes for a dark room. Other than that the hotel was acceptable for the price. Oh, almost forgot. The breakfast offers waffles, but the whole time we were there, they were out of waffle batter

Summary: Checked in and our door was wide open in the middle of the night. Had to deal with killing bugs all night that had been flying in there before we checked in. Don’t monitor their pool hours and kids were out playing in the pool loudly even at 2am.

Summary: The room was very well upkept and clean, and everyone I came across was kind and courteous. Lilah at the front desk was the best!

Summary: Our recent stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The exterior areas leading to the rooms, including the elevator, were dirty and in need of painting. The luggage cart provided was too large to fit comfortably in the small elevator, making it difficult to transport our belongings. The room we were initially assigned had a non-functioning air conditioner because the wall socket was burned out and unusable. We were moved to a different room. The second room and bathroom were small and did not match the pictures advertised online. The furniture was old and worn some drawers wouldn't stay closed and the refrigerator had to be pulled out in order to open its door properly. The bathroom was in poor condition. It needed a deep cleaning, and the bathtub was very worn, with drainage problems causing water to pool during showers. On a positive note, it looked like the toilet and sink had been updated recently. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast area, located on the second floor, was clean, but the breakfast selection itself was underwhelming and lacked variety. This property needs significant maintenance, cleaning, and updates to meet the expectations set by its online presence.

Summary: Bathroom needs work. Toilet was very old & the seat was very worn. The tub needed to be replaced too. The heat & air conditioning unit was very old & we froze 1 night as it wouldn’t turn off. Then we tried to turn it warmer and it smelled so bad like something was burning. Also the door wasn’t sealed all the way around and rain came in thru the cracks. Small holes in the curtains also & I won’t be back.

Summary: Nothing unique about the property. Checked in online and had to do it all over again when I got here. Place is not very clean. Would not stay here again.
