Summary: This house is fantastic. It's even nicer than it looks in the photos. It was very clean, well stocked and we'll maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals in. The furniture is comfortable too. The neighborhood was quiet and it appears that a sheriff lives next door. The owner was flexible and had great communication. I would definitely rent this house again!

Summary: We had visited for the Daytona 500. This place was in a fantastic location. Close to the race track and airport. Not far to the ocean. We had a great stay. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to all messages.

Summary: pictures on-line don't do it justice. it's larger than it appears on-line and renovated. yes, it has a nice washer/dryer but may want to change the opening picture on the ad. Host was EXCELLENT to work with. Neighborhood seemed safe. FHP next door! Just two negatives, need more drinking glasses and a few more bath towels. We did not report to HOST to resolve because neither a big deal for us. Backyard and front porch were nice to hang out. Very clean. Will stay again for sure.
