Summary: Fantastic property. The area was nice and the people were friendly. The pool was excellent especially on those hot florida days. Close to the beach and other activities. Would recommend will probably go again.

Summary: This was the perfect house for our getaway. Quiet neighborhood all the amenities were spot on with listing and Rick was very responsive when you had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house is located a mile away from Pictona which is one of the best Pickleball facilities that we have ever seen. We came to take a Pickleball vacation and it was perfect. Didn’t even mind that it rained 4 of the days that we were there. We were able to play under cover and enjoy a rainy day walk on the beach that is also a short 8 min drive. The lanai is beautiful and we enjoyed several of our meals poolside. This house had everything we needed and located close to Tanger Mall, restaurants, Daytona beach, Ormond beach and Pictona
