The home is available for year round bookings. Please see below for minimum stay requirements based on the time of year. Please note, off season bookings do not include the pool, spa or guest house and occupancy for these bookings is capped at 12 people in the main house only. The cleaning fee is reduced as well during these stays.
Subject to applicable taxes and fees. No pets please. All linens and towels are provided. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can’t fully express how much we absolutely love this house & guest house.The beautiful salt water pool and hot tub were wonderful for the grandkids when we weren’t at the beach. The main house has a gourmet kitchen which was great for cooking nice dinners. Every bed had luxury linens and towels. The guest house was great for a family with small children. We really appreciated the professional interior design evident in every room. We could go on and on about this house. Summary: This home exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous. There were 10 of us staying there and it was very comfortable, we were able to all spread out. It is close and easy to get to the beach, and the location in general can't be beat! The pool really made this house unique, the kids loved the pool (it was the perfect temp) and used it often! The house is clean, well maintained, and just beautiful. Would highly recommend!!

Summary: The property was exactly as promised, it was clean, spacious, well equipped and gorgeous. Great communication and easy check in/out. The walk to the beach is easily done with a wagon or cart (there is one at the house with extra beach chairs too). The floats in the pool were awesome and the outdoor furniture was so comfy! The house has many great places for gathering no matter the weather. We loved it. Thank you

Summary: We were very pleased with our 1st ever trip to Cape Cod. The house was clean, newly renovated and spacious. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and large. Best part was that they were heated. We had close access to the beach and surrounding towns. The only problem with this trip was that it was not long enough!

Summary: The home was amazing and we felt instantly comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out or to gather together. The area was quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. The house was also wonderful for our toddler as far as safe and plenty of room to play and run around. We all had a fantastic time. We would definitely go back again.

Summary: The house is newly remodeled. They did a nice job but there is a lot of unused space that would have been better served as sitting space or additional bedrooms. The bedrooms are quite small with the exception of the master bedroom and the room in the pool house. Several rooms have mattresses in trundle beds which is difficult for adults to sleep in. The most disappointing part of the house was the lack of cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. The drawers and cupboards were dirty and had no organization to them. All the silverware and utensils were shoved in one small drawer. They really need to wipe out each drawer weekly and reorganize. It made the kitchen very challenging to use as we had to rewash everything before using it as well as find what we needed shoved in various cupboards. The bedrooms needed better vacuuming as they had some sandy grit on the floors. The pool area is very nice and was used by everyone each day. I would suggest that they screen the back porch as there are a lot of mosquitoes at night and it made it hard to sit outside after dusk. I think that for the cost of the house for the week there should have been more effort put around cleaning the house and getting it ready for the next guest. I would also suggest that they provide linens and towels for that price as it is a pain to have to rent and order them from someone else. The location is great to the beach and other locations on the cape. We had a great week but this house did fall a bit short of our expectations for the cost of it for a week.

Summary: We were 3 families, 13 total, and this property was fantastic! Beautiful neighborhood, easy beach access (6/10 of a mile), and huge pool made staying local easy and very enjoyable. The home is new and everything is top notch. Huge open kitchen/family room made dinners and movie nights easy for all. Would rent this home again! Thanks!
