Our street backs up to a championship golf course for those who enjoy tee time. A large deck with a grill and patio allows for entertaining and relaxing, or you can drive five minutes to take a lobster roll cruise from Sesuit Harbor. Central A/C, spacious, comfortable areas for a large family or two to spread out comfortably. Master suite includes king sized Sleep Number bed and private bathroom. The house comes with a well equipped kitchen, main level laundry room, outdoor shower, a 2 car over-sized garage with plenty of parking, 3 cable televisions and wifi. A canoe, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, games and books are available for your enjoyment. Don't forget your fishing pole if you'd like to unwind and fish on the pond! Summary: Beautiful and comfortable home situated on a quiet pond. Our family consisting of ages 22-93 enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we could need for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and our host was very responsive. Would highly reccommend.

Summary: Our stay was lovely. The home is very spacious and super clean. The deck is beautiful and overlooks a lovely yard and pond. Great place to read and have coffee. My parents really enjoyed sitting in the four seasons porch room. It has sliding doors and stayed cool with the AC. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice place to cook and still be able to chat with family in the sitting/living room. My husband loved the basement level with its own bathroom/living room and walk out to another outside sitting area and outside shower. The four beds down there were wasted on us but great place for older kids. The bathrooms upstairs were nice and updated. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet. Carol was lovely and was quick to trouble shoot and issues that might come up. My dad did get a canoe out in the pond and caught two bass. The beaches are about a 15 minute or so drive away but getting the weekly beach pass was well worth it. We really enjoyed Scargo Lake after a day at the ocean. Great swimming. Very small suggestions: having some hooks or towel racks. Also could use a bit more lighting on the porch and by the keyless entry door. Grilling was tough in the dark. But we did accidentally leave our meat thermometer on the fridge. Ooops. That will help! We would come back to this house in a heartbeat. It was fantastic.

Summary: Great house, sunroom is so beautiful overlooking the pond, all amenities as described. Carol was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, she arranged for us to get into the property one hour early (much appreciated) and even delivered extra kitchen towels to us when we found only one in the house. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Summary: We had a great time at the house, and ti was our first trip to the Cape. It is exactly as presented and was very clean. The beach was a short drive from the house, and we appreciated the umbrellas and beach chairs that were available to use. The house is very spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood.

Summary: The pond is lovely, and there are a variety of seating areas in which to convene, ranging from a lovely deck, to a sunroom, to a large kitchen/family room. The house is well stocked with books, games and toys in case the weather does not cooperate!

Summary: We have been going to the Cape during the summer for many years and this is, without a doubt, the best house we have stayed in. The house is beautiful and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We found the house to be very clean and extremely well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen, laundry room and beach chairs etc, (too much to list all). Carol responded to all of our inquiries expeditiously. The beds are very comfortable. The house is large and roomy. The view of the pond is exquisite. What more can I say other than I hope we have the opportunity to stay here on our future visits to the Cape. Thank you Carol for your hospitality!

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carol and Nick's home! The house was huge, impeccably clean, and had literally everything we needed! The kids loved having an entire gigantic floor to themselves, and we all enjoyed morning coffees in the sunroom and evening dinners on the deck overlooking the pond. Carol and Nick were incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. This place comes as advertised and I would certainly recommend it to anyone!

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at Carol’s house with my family. I don’t think I’ve ever had a host who put as much effort into making their guests feel welcome as she did for us. The true measure of good service always comes when things don’t go to the original plan. This is where she shined! We had something break while we were in the house, and she was on it, and got it repaired immediately. During that process she kept is informed the entire time, and then followed up after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The house itself is great, we had a full house of 10 guests, and everyone was comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck or in the sun room if it was a bit too hot outside. Dinner’s on the deck every night looking over the pond, and sunsets at the nearby beach. Hopefully we’ll be back!!
