This stunning 7th floor direct beachfront property is located on beautiful no-drive beach and is only 20 minutes from the Daytona Speedway and 90 minutes from Orlando and Disney attractions. The unit has two well appointed bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed & cable TV with a panoramic ocean view.
Open the sliding glass doors to the gentle ocean breezes that will lull you to sleep at night or step out onto the balcony and watch the moonrise over the ocean. The master bedroom comes with a full bath and an extra large walk in closet.
The 2nd bedroom is decorated in a nautical theme. It is furnished with two double beds. It has an extra large walk in closet with a roll away bed provided for an extra guest.
Extra linen is provided for both bedrooms along with plenty of towels and washcloths for the two bathrooms. Second bathroom has large walk in shower.
Remodeled kitchen is completely equipped, just like home, with all the following:
Microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Toaster, coffeemaker, blender, pots/pans and dishes, etc. is included.
Dining room table seats four additionally there is a kitchen counter with 3 bar stools for additional eating space.
Living room is tastefully decorated with sofa, 3 recliners, and a entertainment center with cable TV (Flat Screen)& DVD . It has sliding glass doors that access the balcony and ocean views.
Unit is comfortably furnished and has been recently redecorated.
There are ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms.
From the comfort of the balcony, enjoy watching the pelicans fly by or sit in the tall patio chairs and watch the sunrise over the ocean.
You might even catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming or sea turtles nesting nearby!
For your convenience a full size washer and dryer is located just outside the front door in a separate locked storage room, just for your personal use.
The unit has Wi Fi & phones with free long distance in U.S. and Canada.

Summary: Owners were so nice. We had our own parking space in a lower level garage which was nice considering the heat. They have everything you need. It was very clean. Highly recommended.

Summary: The condo is well equipped in the kitchen, as well as plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable air works great however it would have been nice to have smart TVs and a little bigger TVs in the bedrooms. We were able to sit and watch dolphins on the balcony.. the only downfall for us was the washer and dryer being outside of the unit a little inconvenient but other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Summary: The condo is lovely and it was very clean upon arrival. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and they answered all our questions. We had everything we needed inside the condo for the beach and cooking for the week. There are grocery stores conveniently located and activities in the area. Please pay attention to signage in the common areas about rules and expectations. There are people who live there full time and I witnessed some residents aggressively call out guests for not following those rules. They are easy to follow.

Summary: We were staying in the area to attend a music festival and this unit fit us perfectly! The unit was a little piece of paradise for our stay. Good location, quiet and peaceful. The furniture was comfortable, the amenities were nice. There was everything we would need to go to the beach or pool. Our hosts were wonderful to work with and made us feel right at home. The only thing I would change is to have stayed longer. We hope this unit is available the next time we come to the area but would understand if it isn’t. Thank you for making our stay so nice! We hope to be back soon!

Summary: The condo is very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect location with beachfront access. It's a quick drive down to downtown Daytona. The sound of waves all day is awesome too. Owners also had a binder with take-out menus for restaurants, and they were very helpful when we asked about a specific place to eat! Definitely would stay again.
