Positive: You can have a comfortable rest in a quiet environment. Also, it is very advantageous to have a private parking space under the apartment. At the same time, it is really pleasing that the host is sincerely and wholeheartedly interested in the guests online until they enter the house. Being ready to help at any time to eliminate all deficiencies makes a significant contribution to your motivation.
Negative: When I first entered the house, I couldn't feel fresh air in the house, so I urgently opened the windows and the balcony to provide fresh air. Also, regarding cleaning, I recommend that you wash the kitchenware โ€” whether it's a spoon, a plate, or a glass โ€” again before using it. If I'm not mistaken, the previous guests didn't wash the kitchenware carefully enough, so you may encounter oily and not fully cleaned situations in most of them. Also, since the battery compartment of the remote control garage door is broken, you need to be careful not to let the battery fall out. It was attached with temporary tape, but you should still take precautions.
