Positive: Kitchen is fully equipped. I can cook for family of five. Access to laundry facility is great.
Negative: Car park has no direct access to the lift. We have a lot of stuff to carry back to the main entrance.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The host was very helpful and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, modern and well-maintained. Public transportation was conveniently nearby and there plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return.

Positive: Very clean location upon arrival. They allowed us to leave our luggage and change clothes and come back for check in. Very easy walk to the metro and close to a grocery store. We cooked a couple of nights. Washer and dryer were available for our clothes during certain hours; this was needed as we had to wash our towels, we each were given one. The boat gave lots of recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Would definitely book again if visiting Paris!
Negative: We couldn’t get Netflix to load, and the error/loading messages were in Polish. That’s it though. We were able to watch it on our iPad.
Summary: Great location, clean, convenient, and friendly staff. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Positive: Central location albeit not one of the prettiest areas of Paris. Busy bustling street however thankfully the excellent double glazing blocked out all noise when windows were closed. Appreciated the double window aspect. Metro only a few minutes walk away, serving most of the main areas of Paris. Few eating places nearby. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Towel provision was appreciated, as was the tea and coffee provided. Good apartment for couples and families.
Negative: Sofa bed not very comfortable, both for general sitting after a long day of sightseeing and for sleeping on. We were a family of 3, however comfortable seating would have been challenging if 6 adults were staying in the apartment. Wet room, despite taking great care, always resulted in water leaking from under the bathroom door, creating a slip hazard in bathroom and hallway. Minor points of note which did not impact our stay.
Summary: Pleasant, clean apartment in a central location. Ideal for couples or small families.
