Summary: The place had an amazing location but when we arrived it was not cleaned and we couldn’t get in touch with the host. We never actually talked with Jose he had agents working on his behalf and they didn’t get back to us in a timely manner and we had to leave the place with our three kids while they cleaned. The apartment is mostly as advertised but a little worn and quite dark. Wouldn’t rent again.

Summary: Decent stay in a nice location of Paris. Easy checkin and nice beds to sleep our family of five. However the washing machine was not working well so we didn’t use it and the pillows definitely need to be replaced. Otherwise our time at this spot was fine given the amount of time we spent in the apartment.

Summary: Property located in a very convenient and lively section of St. Germain close to the Latin Quarter, great restaurants, brasseries, etc. Unfortunately, management will ignore your communication attempts if there is an issue with the unit. We had a plumbing/drainage problem and requested to have the issue resolved on two (2) separate occasions with NO response from anyone at Chic Suites. Be aware that IF you encounter a problem, they will not respond.....and why would they.....they already have your money! Sacre bleu! Zut alors! Mon dieu!
