Summary: Large hotel with numerous functions going on. Check in queue was long, not particularly friendly. Room on the top floor was simply too hot. We had to wedge the door open in order to get some air in the room. The small fan during a heat wave was not enough. Breakfast was ok - gluten free section was minimal but present. Restaurant packed.

Summary: I know the hotel cant control the weather but it's not geared up for hot weather. I was given a ground floor room facing the car park, windows only opened a couple inches because there was a security cable. And the outer frame of the window was broke, so only one side actually opened. Had to close blinds most the time because people getting in and out of cars directly outside my window. One small fan in the room, not enough with such small windows, especially when you can open the curtains due to car park.

Summary: Would have been nice to have air conditioning. Can’t find anything else negative to say. Would recommend as a great place to stay when visiting Windsor or LEGOLAND

Summary: Rooms were like ovens. Some of the rooms are far enough away from the from counter to be in the next county. It’s a very, very long walk in carpets that don’t let luggage roll. No one to help, no entrances from the multitude of car parks. The lack of AC was terrible during the oppressive heat. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Almost devoid of direction signs in this sprawling buildings.

Summary: Perfect hotel if youre going to Legoland. Very family friendly, and the grounds with the park were a life saver! Good selection at breakfast. Family room was a reasonable size. Only problem was the temperature of the room. For some reason our corridor was like entering a sauna (nowhere else in the hotel was like this). This meant our entire family struggled to sleep on both nights.

Summary: I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s mostly great. Last night was poor. I booked a deluxe room and it was ok. But, it was right at the top of the building on the hottest day of the year. Not only that but there was no air conditioning and the wifi didn’t work. There was a fan in the room that was absolutely covered in dust, which sprayed across the room when turned on. Quite disgusting. One of the reasons I like this hotel is it has lots of conferences which means there’s always things going on and the bar/restaurant are great. Last night there was a conference on and they had a party, which I don’t mind (actually quite like). However this one was so roudy and went into the night. Needless to say I didn’t sleep and therefore today’s business was tough. I’d expect for £170 a night air conditioning and if not at least a clean fan and wifi that worked!

Summary: Navigating around the hotel, which is lovely, is a challenge. My room was miles away from reception in a separate modern annex and breakfast was very busy and a bit chaotic. Price was good value though and room was good when I found it!

Summary: Beautiful hotel and stunning location. Really great breakfast buffet! Very quiet, well appointed and comfy bedrooms. Downside is the place is a maze...took us ages to find our room, carrying heavy luggage, only to find our key cards wouldn't let us in. The receptionist had written the wrong room number. In fairness they gave us 2 free cocktail vouchers to make up for it, so we were happy! Loved our stay and would definitely go back, especially now we know our way round!
