Summary: We stayed three nights and were ‘upgraded’. The bedrooms are sorely in need of refurbishment. Also almost impossible to get shampoo or soap from the dispensers in the bathroom. The food and service in the restaurants was very average and the staff seemed not to be interested. However, the buffet breakfast was very nice and the dining rooms were very pleasant. This was our first stay at this hotel and the area is very attractive, particularly to families, but next time we are in the area we will revert back to a Premium Inn!! We had high expectations and sadly we were disappointed somewhat.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Overall this is a great hotel. Great location and service. A perfectly comfortable room and the best breakfast we've had by far. We stayed for our anniversary and the team had left us an anniversary card and gift in the room which was a really wonderful surprise and much appreciated.

Summary: Lovely place to stay. We actually added another 2 nights it was so relaxing. Elenor on reception was very helpful. Only criticism was the food in restaurant wasn’t up to much, staff didn’t know whose table ordered what. We were told not to start eating in case it was someone else’s! Total lack of staff, that’s my only complaint. Could never get through on the phone, just rang off the hook.
