Other Policy Please be aware that latimer place does not have a elevator. access to the main house is not guaranteed due to private functions - please phone the venue for further information. please note that the credit / debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in. , there are swimming lessons which operate on a monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday afternoon (15:30 – 18:00) term time only. during this time there is no access to the pool, sauna and steam room during these times however the gym is still available.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Negative: Room had poor lighting. Difficult to see in room or in wardrobe. In fact we left something in the wardrobe despite having checked because it was so difficult to see.

Positive: The estate is situated in an attractive location. The public rooms are comfortable and we found the indoor pool, sauna and steam room excellent. The menu in the main restaurant offered some imaginative vegetarian options, the food freshly cooked.
Negative: On arrival I was disappointed to find our room was so small there was hardly enough space for a double bed, and as we were only given one coffee mug, I did check at Reception that it was actually meant for a couple. (I requested another mug 3 times and eventually had to get one myself from the bar). I would advise prospective guests to book a superior room.

Positive: This is a fabulous hotel and it's really handy for the metroploitan tube service if you need to get to Wembley stadium or into London itself. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is plentiful and caters to all tastes. We had a long journey ahead, so a hearty breakfast was just the ticket. There is a spa which we never used and plenty of car parking is available and the team arranged a taxi to pick us up and drop us at the station so we could leave our car behind at the hotel. there was a fan in the room which helped with the heat as well. We had to rebook this hotel from the Sunday night to the Saturday night (due to the concert reschedule) and fortunately there was availability - unfortunately this meant it was more expensive that originally booked but such is life.
Negative: We booked a superior room and it was a little small - and we had a delightful view of the bins and the bed moved if you leant against it - as i found out when putting my shoes on :) - otherwise it was a peaceful nights rest - most of our time was at Wembley anyway so none of that mattered When we got back from the stadium to the train station - there were no taxis available for over an hour - so we decided to walk - this is not advisable - it is not a safe walk (dark country lanes) - so please take note when staying here - this is not something to fault the hotel on at all - more on myself for not planning it better - just a tip for future guests

Positive: Breakfast was probably up there with the best, breakfast area,staff, and variety on offer. I couldn’t fault it. Well done to all involved
Negative: Room was probably a bit to warm, but can’t blame the hotel for our exceptional weather we have been having
