Summary: Courteous staffs, good amenities but the rooms are outdated, thermostat for room temperature control is not functioning, the electric sockets next to the bed are not working, an old tower was left hanging in the bedroom.

Summary: This a great hotel. The room was nice most of the staff were very good. The restaurant option and food were also very good. The pool areas are amazing. A great place to relax and hang out. One of the best l have run across. The in- hotel Avis desk was able to provide transport to Petra and Wadi Rum as well as local options in Amman and to/from Airport.

Summary: Outstanding staff across the board. From the front desk and housekeeping to the servers, cooks, bartenders, doormen, concierge, and management — every interaction was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear this hotel is well run and that service matters here. The entire team works seamlessly to create an easy, comfortable, and memorable stay. Highly recommended. Would gladly return. Summary: My stay at the Dead Sea Marriott was exceptional from check-in to check-out. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a more superior room. The room was spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and the sea views across the property were absolutely breathtaking. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the pools were clean and inviting throughout our stay. We dined at both Oak and Champions, and the food was outstanding. A very special thanks to Joseph,Samuel, Qynty and Habib, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after and enjoyed the evenings out in the warmly setup patio areas. Dining experience was fantastic especially with the services of Zharla and Ann, and the egg station gentleman. A truly wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Summary: They first told us we can have a late check out but then they only gave us one room for the late check out. Our rooms were very far from each other. They also did not allow any outside food in the hotel which was weird. The beach was very hard to get to.

Summary: We loved everything about the hotel, the place was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a spectacular location. The only issue we had is when we did our check in, the staff removed our visa from our passports. This is something they should be awared they should keep in the passports of tourists at all times and never remove. It's an important detail that hotels that cathers to internaltional tourists should really be careful about. Thankfully we. noticed the mistake and we were able to get our visa back.

Summary: Hotel is excellent. One issue to consider is when paying for the hotel room , you are given the options of USD or jordan dinar. Paying in USD would cost a 6% premium that they might not tell you about

Summary: We wanted to sit at the waterfront bar watching over the sunset. We couldnt because there was a event scheduled for only invited person. This was very unfortunate as we booked this hotel because of the view and the bar to celebrate my husbands 50years birthday,
