Summary: We wanted to sit at the waterfront bar watching over the sunset. We couldnt because there was a event scheduled for only invited person. This was very unfortunate as we booked this hotel because of the view and the bar to celebrate my husbands 50years birthday,

Summary: We were on a trip for my husbands birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it as special as possible with assigning us a lovely room (and allowing us to check in 4 hours early) to providing him with a cake and even singing! The room was large with a great view, very clean. The breakfast buffet was huge with a good variety of options and the grounds/pool are immaculate with plenty of area's to choose from depending on whether you want quiet or a little more life. The access to the Dead Sea was good and the 'lift' was much appreciated. I absolutely cannot fault the hotel and cannot wait to return asap

Summary: Hotel condition is very good , food is various , staff were very friendly especially with kids , toilets had No portable shatafa so it was a bit difficult to manage , they had toiletries available and slippers , the Mozaic restaurant staff were so nice , especially Khalid , the out door pools were many , all of which were well maintained , the only negative thing I felt that the splash island and the jungle arcade kids area had separate entrance fees which did not making sense as it’s well known hotel amenities are all included within the booking except the spa . So it was a bit disappointing.

Summary: We wish we could stay longer than one night.Great hotel with alot to see and do for families and couples.To get to the dead sea beach there is a golf buggy,very helpful on hot days.The dinner buffet was fantastic,everything you could ask for and all tasty.The breakfast buffet was even better.Room was large with dead sea views.
