Summary: The only think that I did't like was that you can't make dinner reservations at check in because the all the reservations are sold out by that point. It would be great if that was offered at the RSVP point.

Summary: Everything good except for the check-in and check-out time. We waited more than 2 hours to get our room, checking out very inefficient too, Decameron had only one person in the reception to help more than more or less 30 people waiting, of course with that load receptionist was kind of rude (not her fault) Positive: great food at the buffet, great services from the staff in the dining areas, entertaining was a big plus, but

Summary: Our stay was exceptional. The place and the people they serve are very friendly. Rich and varied food. The people at the bar, César and Andrés were very professional. The hotel may consider renovating some bathrooms due to age, especially in the rooms. They should be more careful with the recycling of plastics, especially glasses and straws
