Positive: It was a perfect location. Great views. Easy access to the beach. Easy access to everything really. Home itself is beautiful.
Negative: The door was broken the entire stay. We had plans to go places but had to cancel them because we could not lock the door. We were afraid to leave all of our things with no way to secure them. The front door didnt open so we had to go thru one of the bedrooms with a door on the balcony. It rendered that room useless for sleeping because some of us are early risers and didnt want to wake the person in that room, they had to sleep on the couch and in the room with the kids. We rented a 3 bedroom home for a reason. Also, the yard had not been mowed. There we several chairs around the fire pit in the pictures but I only saw 2. The mosquitos were too bad in that high grass to use the firepit for smores.
Summary: Great views and great location. Broken front door made it hard to use.

Positive: Location, kitchen was equipped with all needs, plenty of sleeping space, neighbors were friendly and the view was perfect.
Negative: Extremely hot in the bedrooms, didn't sleep well. Would have to bring a fan if we returned. The sofa blankets didn't smell cleaned. We did wash them during our stay.

Positive: I picked it because it was first row on the beach and because there was seating enough in the living room for all of us to wind down, watch movies, play games, etc. We discovered an unadvertised sofa bed also, but we didn't need it. Kitchen had everything we needed, a/c is cold and the party started before we got there, with the music already playing. I love bed pillows and I had enough that I didn't have to steal any from my kids! Bedding and blankets are cozy.
Negative: The dryer either doesn't vent well or doesn't get hot enough. It took two cycles, even on small loads. No big deal until you're trying to get cleaned up to leave. I *loved* the morning beach view from the front bedroom, but maybe an option to pull some darker curtains closed would be nice. For us, it was a college-aged girl's room and no late snoozies for her! 🤭😂
