Positive: amazing house and amazing location. we loved the neighborhood. The place was super clean and we had everything we needed. Absolutely would recommend the location.
Negative: I did not like how the management company, its not managed by owner, handled the services provided. When we got there it was cold in the house, went to the thermostat and set it to a higher temperature, however the air blown was cold. I have written to the management company via Booking, they answered and continued to send me a youtube video... for me to handle it. I followed the video, same thing. Next day, I wrote again, they sent me the same video and then promising someone will come to check. 4 days later, no one came and the issue persists. Mind you, the weather in Miami was not the best and it was quite cold. I messaged them again and the person i spoke with told me the exact same thing, to set the thermostat to the desired temperature, disregarding everything i have already done to fix it and loosing about 2 hours playing with the settings and trying to make it work, on top of following the youtube video. This is just unprofessional and sad. We were there 9 nights, NO ONE came to fix the heating... NO ONE. I would rate the management company 0, not even 1, for how they have treated us as guests to a "luxury location."
