Positive: The swimming pool area was very clean and quiet. Since it was winter, we mostly enjoyed the indoor pools during our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a rich variety of options. The kitchen staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant. Special thanks to the kitchen team and the pool staff.

Negative: The parking area was very crowded and poorly organized. There was no valet service or staff to guide the vehicles, which made it difficult to find a parking spot. The location is also not very convenient, especially when arriving by car. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom and toilet were not satisfactory. Following my review, the hotel management contacted me and apologized for the inconveniences we experienced. Unfortunately, after further communication they informed us that no goodwill gesture or compensation would be considered. While I appreciate the response, I expected a more guest-oriented approach given the circumstances.

Summary: The pool and breakfast were enjoyable, the service and parking conditions did not meet expectations.

Positive: A hotel that lives up to the five-star standard. I don't know what I appreciated the most: the cleanliness of the room, its design, generosity of the space and the nice view of the city, the impeccable bedding, the large and comfortable bed, the outstanding breakfast with everything you want but especially with Turkish pies and cheeses, olives of all varieties and honeycomb, or the kindness of the entire staff. We have been there in December and the room was particularly warm and comfortable. The whole end-of-year atmosphere was enhanced by the beautiful winter decoration in the hotel lobby. Great facilities, very premium look and feel. Overall, a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone who arrives in Konya, it is a truly five-star choice.

The reception staff were friendly and approachable, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The refined furnishings added a touch of sophistication, and the overall comfort made my stay very enjoyable. As a delightful gesture, I was offered a welcome snack along with a personalized message from the General Manager. This thoughtful detail reflects the respect and professionalism of the hotel’s management. I sincerely appreciate it.

Negative: The room rate felt slightly high, and we hope it can be adjusted to be more reasonable. The room was equipped with a central air-conditioning system; however, unfortunately, the cooling function was not working. While the weather during our stay was generally cool, at night there were moments when a bit of ventilation or cooling would have been appreciated. Since the window remained closed for safety reasons on the 14th floor, I would suggest finding a solution to enhance this feature. It would add an extra touch of comfort to the already beautiful atmosphere of the room.

Negative: The swimming pool is a shared pool with an external sportsclub 'synergym' . Changing rooms and showers are all in the gym complex. So, pool does not belong only to the hotel
