Welcome to Deer Den! This ultra-modern home is located on the back of a fiveplex constructed in 2018 situated on Burfield Drive, with beautiful views of Mt Morrisey and Sundance Mountain.
Feel right at home as you snuggle up in the living room, with two faux leather sofas and a cozy round armchair, enjoying the electric fireplace and wall-mounted Smart TV equipped with Netflix. Let the sun shine in and enjoy the mountain views up close and personal on your private deck where the hot tub is. Soak your worries away! The chef in your family can also pop on the deck to enjoy the barbeque.
With space for 6 at the dining table and another 4 at the kitchen bar, this home is perfect for entertaining. Your group can enjoy socializing in the open concept living room/dining area while also having the den as an additional hangout space. Perfect if you just can't decide which movie to watch!
This home features a king bed in the master bedroom (with a master ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk and single bed in the third bedroom, and a sofabed in the den. There are Smart TVs in both the living room and den, as well as the master bedroom and bunk room.
Mud room features space for ski/board storage with boot warmers.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.

Summary: Spent the week and had a great escape. Eventhough there are multiple units in the building it was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of room and space to hang out with the family we all had a good time. Outside furniture could use an update be that was very minor.

Summary: Keep scrolling… only because I want to keep this place to myself! Looks exactly as shown in photos. Loved the “5 theme”, decor and little reminders & instructions throughout the home. Everything you could think of was there. Admired the hosts attention to detail - well done! Rules clearly explained while making us feel welcome. Made me want to take care of the place like it was my own. Enjoyed the heated area for snow gear, wagon to help load/unload, well appointed bedrooms, welcome goodies, hot tub, washer/dryer, waffle maker, wifi, Netflix & games provided. 2 minute drive to village. Loved it so much that we’ve already re-booked.

Summary: Such a lovely place to call home for a couple days. Great location, cozy and has everything you need plus extras! My daughter loved all the toys, which was a huge bonus.

Summary: Very nice place. This unit is beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. The hot tub in the deck was a real bonus. The only negative we could comment on is that the unit is at the back of the building and there is a fair amount of stairs to get to the main floor. It was quite the job getting our luggage and supplies in. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely come back.

Summary: The condo is newly renovated with lots of space. It is a bit out of the town which makes it quieter but a little less convenient if your group wants to split up. Generously stocked with virtually everything you could want. My only suggestion would be to add a few glass wine glasses. Wine out of plastic glasses is not nice! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Summary: We were a multi-generational family group that visited #five at Spring Break. We all loved the unit - it is beautifully and very thoughtfully decorated, open and airy and bright and cheery! Everything was clean and tidy and there was ample plates, cups, cutlery, etc. The dining table only had 6 seats so we had the three kids sit at the kitchen bar stools and we adults had our own table :) The entrance to the unit is around the back of the building and the sidewalk to get there was icy which was a bit of a challenge for grandma, but otherwise everything else was fantastic. Hosts Brandee and Crystal were exceptionally easy to communicate with and very professional. Although we did not end up using it, there is a stop for the Sun Peaks free shuttle right across the road for easy access to the centre of the village. We would definitely recommend #five!
