Summary: What a lovely stay we had at the Modern Holiday Home in Deifeld! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of six, We particularly enjoyed the picturesque views from the balcony, where we sipped our morning coffee while soaking in the serene countryside, The garden was perfect for our kids to play in, and the wood-fired oven was a fun feature for family pizza nights, The location is ideal, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby—skiing in Winterberg and exploring the Lagunen water park were highlights of our trip, Highly recommend!

Summary: Echt een super complete woning, mooi gelegen en zeer vriendelijk!. Zeker een aanrader om terug te komen. Natuurlijk zijn er puntjes die beter kunnen, maar als je een echt Duitse woning wilt huren. En gewoon wilt genieten, ga dan zeker. Gaan wij ook nog een keer doen.

Summary: Het is een prachtige omgeving! Het huis dat wij hebben gehuurd vertoond behoorlijk wat gebreken. Zo is er in de slaapkamer (Masterbedroom) geen verduistering voor het raam in welke vorm dan ook. Tevens is de vloer in die slaapkamer verzakt zodat het bed verre van waterpas staat. Het resultaat is dan ook dat je het gevoel kijgt uit bed te rollen. De bank is versleten, zit door en ruikt niet fris. De vaatwasser werkt niet zoals een vaatwasser zou moeten. De oven verwarmt slechts een deel van de oven. Kortom ... hier komen wij nooit meer.

Summary: Fijn huis, ruimte genoeg en alles ziet er netjes uit. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en eenvoudig bereikbaar. Sleutel ophalen verliep ook soepel door middel van sleutelkluisje. Al met al een heel fijne vakantie gehad. Komen graag nog eens terug!

Summary: Grosse Enttäuschung was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Außerdem ist es nicht möglich, bei geöffneten Fenstern zu schlafen. Der Verkehrslärm (das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße) ist absolut nervig und von Ruhe und Erholung ist man weit entfernt. Es gibt im Aussenbereich viele ungepflegte Ecken, die schon seit längerer Zeit keinen Besen o.ä. gesehen haben. Auch die Küche lässt an Hygiene und Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Krümel in Schubladen und Backofen sehen nicht gereinigt aus. Und auf dem Boden liegen zwei schmuddelige Teppiche, die für einen Küchenboden völlig ungeeignet sind. Wir sind enttäuscht und wütend, dass wir hierfür viel Geld bezahlen müssen, denn wir fühlen uns nicht sehr wohl hier. Viele Monate der Pandemie hätte man nutzen können, um dieses Haus in Ordnung zu bringen.....aber offensichtlich ist man nur darauf hinaus, uns unser Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Durch unsere vielen Urlaube in verschiedenen Ferienhäusern, können wir sehr gut Vergleiche ziehen und diese Bewertung abgeben. Kurzum, NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Leider ist dieser lange ersehnte Urlaub für uns ein Reinfall.
