Positive: The studio is amazing—so cute and cozy, with absolutely everything you could need. The view is breathtaking, and the terrace is excellent too. The bed was the cherry on top (super comfortable!). Located in Marigot, it's close to the Dutch side—only 8 minutes to Mullet Bay, for example. Conveniently near all amenities (restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, gas station, supermarket).

Positive: The view was beyond amazing, the pictures doesn't make it justice. A perfect spot for rest and relaxation. And the room had everything you needed and might i add very nicely decorated. The outdoor balcony while small was more than enough to catch the sun while enjoying the view. I was most thoroughly pleased with my stay.
Summary: A 10 day stay in a picture perfect paradise setting... best way i can describe it.

Positive: I found the immediate area kind of quiet not too many restaurants or bars close by, we cabbed it in the future we would have to rent a vehicle. The condo was quite nice it’s space well used, with the high vaulted ceilings it made it appear more airy and open. I enjoyed the patio area with the barbecue and it’s million dollars view of the ocean.
Negative: A different table equipped with an umbrella with some slightly larger more comfortable chairs might be nice. Some additional spots to put your cloths in is not essential but would make things easier.
Summary: I enjoyed the grounds and the 4 pools, the view from the grounds is beautiful.

Positive: Beautiful view and great location in a quiet area. Gaz station/super market is right in front of the property where you can do groceries, buy wine, fresh fruits/veggies/bread! Friendly neighborhood, a 30 minute walk to Marigot, 15 minute walk to David’s Hole and Baie Rouge beach (beautiful beach). I am a solo female traveler and felt 100 safe :) Cathy was an amazing host as she responded quickly to any questions I had and her place has literally everything you need!
