Kaybays is located in a private secured residence,with swimming pool for residents only.
Kaybays is an exclusive beach-house, beautifully decorated, with a lounge deck overlooking the bay. It is is a real dream-house, in the most quiet location on Nettle Bay beach, the perfect place to stay in St. Martin.
Think of simple terms, atmosphere to rediscover those long forgotten days and nights, the Ultimate Escape. It is also perfect for honeymooners,
Kaybays is owned by a French designer, who decorated this private gateway. It is one of the best luxury beach-house in the whole residence, far from the road, with parking. It is a very safe area, and well-protected from the wind. It is well-maintained and fully-furnished.
The location is ideal, near shops and restaurants, just five minutes from Marigot and close to the ferry to Anguilla.
St Martin is a duty-free island, with the best restaurants (French) of the Caribbean, and amazing nightlife, with casinos and night clubs.
You will find in the condo all the guides of the island.

Summary: The property is inside a gated community and feels very safe. It is clean and well maintained. The one bedroom unit has a beautiful few of the beach and is also close to the swimming pool. It is close to the stores and restaurants in Marigot and a great base to access the island.

Summary: Loved our stay. Only a couple concerns with the listing. Hot tub, grille, dryer are in the listing but they aren't there. Everything was great, Thank You

Summary: My wife and i celebrated our 1st anniversary here. The home is very well maintained and the perfect location to all of the island in either direction. Very private and beautiful. My wife and i highly recommend this beachfront cottage.

Summary: This was gorgeous! The apartment was just as described..however I gave a lower score for check in as our apt wasn’t ready and we had to go somewhere else for three hours which after a long day of traveling you don’t want. The bed was very uncomfortable….if this was improved upon I’d give an across the board excellent rating plus bedding was minimal and could use a few extra pillows and a blanket. But the location is wonderful..the views fantastic and the peace and quiet was just as we hoped.

Summary: Communication between the manager of the property was great she always responded. Property was clean. Convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores. Spent most of out time on the back deck over looking the water. Beautiful spot! I would definitely return.

Summary: The place had beautiful views and looked like it’s pictures. The property manager was very responsive. However, we did have water multiple times (5 in 11 days) for extended periods (4-8 hours. Also lost electricity once for half a day. Couldn’t flush toilets, shower or brush teeth. The pull out sofa would be ok for kids but the 4 inch mattress made the bed very uncomfortable for adults. Outside shower was a hose. Pools were great and location good. Wondered if Dutch side of the island experienced the outages like this area.

Summary: We absolutely loved the property and the area. Clean, with stunning views, located directly on the beach, with a pastry shop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and Marigot a short drive away. The covered patio area was especially nice and a great place to sit and relax over a morning coffee or evening drink...listening to the waves. We enjoyed almost 2 full weeks and wish we could have stayed longer!
