Positive: It is not common for an accommodation to look exactly like the images often posted , but the apartment looked exactly like the pictures advertised and it was very refreshing to experience this as I have more frequently than not experienced just the opposite when making other bookings Deja Blue is definitely an absolute gem and a place of extreme tranquility and peace The views of the sea are sublime and the apartment was extremely clean . We were highly impressed with what we found in the unit in terms of entertainment and all the various offerings like Netflix , other streaming apps and books and games which is not the norm The apartment is very well situated and very close to Ballito for restaurants and shopping malls This apartment has everything you need (except a microwave) and it was an absolute joy to stay here and would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic accommodation . We felt we received incredible value for what we paid and if it is available again when we wish to book , it will be our first choice for accommodation Do not hesitate to book here as you will not be disappointed . A really amazing place .....
Negative: We did have a very small issue accessing the complex when we arrived and we had to hoot and wait about 15 minutes before the gate was opened as there was not a guard present but it is possible we arrived as the guards were changing shift We also did not know where to park as the unit 20 has a car already in the parking bay but we later found out that this car is the owners car and we parked behind it every day I think the only issue that the owner can possibly look at is the cell phone number provided . We tried phoning the number provided on two occasions (to gain access) and then we did have another issue that we needed to speak to the owner but on all occasions the cell was not operational and was off . For some reason the messaging on Booking.com is not working and i could not communicate with owner through this app and needed the cell number to communicate . If owner could please in future just make sure phone is on while having guests These are extremely small issues and did not detract from the whole experience which was frankly amazing . It is just worth noting this for future quests but please take my word that this accommodation is very good and we would not hesitate to book here again

Positive: This was home away from home. Neat, modern and caters for every type of individual. The hosts are certainly generous and kind at the extent of providing comfort and entertainment. Diane was exceptional with directions and just general queries. My family didn't want to leave, the place is just awesome, peaceful, beautiful and has the most breath taking view of the ocean which is so close. Will certainly book again. Thanks for the amazing service.

Positive: The apartment is very well furnished and comfortable. Great location to the beach too. Had everything we needed.
Negative: The fridge had old food in it from either the homeowner or previous guests that was going off in the fridge. The shower is not accessible to people who may be physically limited, as the entrance to the shower is a wall that needs to be stepped over and into the shower. It is not accessible for differently abled people. Just a heads up that this is someone's home - it is quite obvious as there are personal belongings around the flat. We didn't have any problem with this and made sure we were respectful of the space, but just so others are aware.
