Positive: Good location for everyone that has to get on the bus in eariy morning, clean room and there is a kitchen that you can cook your own meals.
Negative: There is some noise from the other apartment room that can disturb your sleep.

Positive: It is a nice place, close to the bus station, on the main road, with a super market 1 minute walk away, and the town 15 minutes walking distance. Owner was very helpful and replied quickly to queries.
Negative: It has just the rooms in a row, no common hall or covered area outside the room for the group to meet together.

Positive: Very convenient. Everything is in walking distance. Very close to bus station (5 min walking ) and to town centre (15 min walking). Supermarket is across the road. Good stop between Puerto Natales and El Chalten when travelling by bus. Sergio is helpful and friendly giving advice on everything from how to change money to restaurants.

Positive: The place was comfortable, clean and the host is friendly
Negative: You can’t call it breakfast included, since there was just tea, coffee and few cookies. There wasn’t enough soap or toilet paper, so we had to ask for more. I believe it would be better to leave a little more quantity, so we don’t have to ask for more. There is no room cleaning during the time either. And there is a fee for cleaning at the end.
Summary: Fair place, nice host, but don’t expect breakfast as it says

Positive: The location is good if you want to be close to the bus station. The host Sergio is nice and friendly, and ready to assist.
Negative: The Wifi didn't work for whole duration of the stay, even though on the TV was fine. The breakfast is not exactly a breakfast.
