Summary: Hotel was clean. The hotel service was good but not great. Bed was too soft and light from outside impacted the room darkness.

Summary: Had a family wedding so we stayed two nights. Check in took long and we went through two e as our room was not ready. Bar on the patio should be open by 2 on a Friday, but James was great. Giovani was our waiter for an amazing dinner - duck and lamb were highlights. Rooms need better toilet paper and tissues for $600 a night. Also really need a makeup mirror!!!

Summary: LOVE this hotel!! Everything was outstanding: location, service, room size & cleanliness, amenities - all of it. The shuttle service not only takes you to & from the airport, but will also take you downtown. It's only a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Traverse City, but the shuttle is a great option. The hotel is beautiful in all of its spaces, and the outdoor area The Patio is awesome!

Summary: Great location & Staff. Beautiful outdoor settings. For flying in and out of Traverse City there is the option for park and stay with a shuttle to Airport. Restaurant, coffee shop & bar, all with water views.

Summary: We enjoyed at stay at the Delamar last year for our anniversary so we were excited to return. This time, our room was pretty basic (felt like a corporate chain) and it seemed like the hotel was offering less amenities - no breakfast included, etc. Not the hotel’s fault, but there were kids everywhere, including in the indoor hot tub at 10pm. Adult-only swim times in both pools would help, but probably not enough to make me return.
