Positive: The breakfast was awesome, and the customer service was equally awesome. The staff go out id the way to make sure we are comfortable. Truly made us feel at home. Moreover, we had booked a junior 1 bed, which was very very spacious compared to most hotels we have stayed at. My heartfelt appreciation to the staff for making us feel at home.

Negative: Nothing at all. Everything was good.

Summary: Five star service and a very comfortable stay.
