Positive: Everything was just perfect for what we needed in Delhi. We experienced a great welcome from Sheikh Pervez - he sat us down with chai and snacks and asked us about our lives and made the check in process personable and relaxed. He gave us great recommendations for the afternoon and told us how to get around on the metro (which ended up being so easy and cheap). The house is a 4 min walk from the station too! The room was wonderfully decorated and at the top of the house so very peaceful amongst the craziness of Delhi. We were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the conversation over it so stimulating. We felt like our hosts really cared about us as people and about our experience in Delhi! They also let us leave our bags for the day once we’d checked out which was so kind as we could explore without lugging them around all day. Overall an excellent experience!

Positive: This is what a homestay should be! It didn't just feel like a transaction - I really feel that the family let me into their lives. I learned a lot about them and had deep discussions with them over breakfast and dinner. So many homestays are just "here's a room, give us money" - and this was not that. This was truly staying at someone's home, and I loved it. Plus, the property is located in a safe neighborhood with lots going on. Overall, great great great!

You’ll be immersed in real Delhi with deep conversations and stimulating discussions. The house is beautifully designed and comfortably spacious with various terrace options. The Ashram metro is literally 1 minute away.

Positive: Where to start! We had been fortunate to have some wonderful hosts on our India trip, but it's fair to say that Lubna and Pervez were the next level. Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful, but they had a great sense of humour and were super friendly, making us really feel at home. And to top it off, the food was fantastic, a great variety, plenty of it and really yummy. Their home is situated in a quite area (with the exception of Diwali!!!!) of New Delhi with easy access to all of the main tourist sites via the very good metro system a few mins walk away. All in all our stay at The Delhi Bed & Breakfast homestay was a super finale to our mini India tour. Thank you!

Positive: The breakfast was very good with a variety of different foods, all delicious! The hosts always accompanied us for the breakfast, making for some very interesting conversations to go with the amazing food.
Negative: The property is strict about check in dates, so if you want to shorten/cancel your stay at the last moment, that might need to be discussed with the host. Otherwise, the check in process and stay was very comfortable.
Summary: Parvez and Lubna are amazing hosts who gave us great recommendations for our travels!

Positive: Delhi Bed & Breakfast is my favorite homestay in Delhi. It is located in a beautiful, quiet Delhi neighborhood with easy access to the community center shopping area. Lubna and Pervez are warm & hospitable hosts. They are incredibly generous with their knowledge of India and Delhi. The breakfast is a treat - from local traditional Indian dishes to more Western choices. As a single woman, I always felt safe and well cared for. If you are wanting to stay with a special family in a beautiful home with delicious food - look no further !
