The property, consisting of two apartments, is located in Cala Liberotto, a town that takes its name from one of the many beaches, and is located in a new residential area, Sos Alinos, full of services and conveniences, all easily accessible on foot. From here you can easily reach all the beaches, almost 18 (!!!!) and all not far away (about 1 km). The property is very pretty, equipped with every comfort, convenient for location and outdoor spaces, with every useful accessory for the family inside. It is arranged over two floors. Upstairs, passing through one of the covered verandas, furnished with a wooden sitting area, you have direct access to apartment no. 1, composed of a living room with white kitchenette, to pass through a French door to the second covered veranda, furnished with a mini table and chair, convenient for drinking a coffee or reading a good book. The sleeping area is concentrated in a few meters, but well structured: a double bedroom with kingsize bed, Sardinian headboard and curtain with handcrafted sun-shaped mirror; the children's room has a bunk bed; the cream and turquoise bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and bidet. On the lower floor, apartment no. 2, a delightful basement, which can be accessed through a small veranda furnished with an ivory-yellow rattan lounge, colored by a fuchsia bougainvillea planted in a green 'artichoke' vase. It also has a white living room with a yellow kitchenette. In the living room you can count on three additional beds, thanks to the sofa bed for one and a half and the sofa bed with folding opening. Larger than the upper floor, the sleeping area which has a second bathroom and two other bedrooms: one double also with a king-size bed, headboard, curtains and bedside tables in Sardinian style; a bedroom with two twin beds (which can be joined to form a double bed) and an orange bathroom. In total up to 11 beds: 8 in the four bedrooms, 3 in the living rooms with accommodation in sofa and / or armchair-bed. Equipment for children is available: two cots, two high chairs, games and a delightful colorful house outside where children can happily entertain themselves. Inside, and for maximum comfort on each floor, you will find: washing machine, air conditioning with Daikin split inverter, microwave oven, small appliances, satellite TV with Sky decoder (just insert your card to continue using your subscription also in holiday!). Outside, a large gazebo area with barbecue and green flowerbed with fragrant Mediterranean plants and olive trees: here you can have lunch and dinner together, while the children play. The large and colorful shower and the external sink allow you to more easily manage the moment when guests return from the beach. Furthermore, parking is widely available outside the house ... or inside if necessary, but only for a car. Energy class E

Summary: We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. It was very clean, organized and well thought out. It has all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. We were traveling with another family so the two apartment split was fantastic. The shared outside dining space was our favourite! Our host was fabulous and extremely accommodating, offering recommendations for restaurants and excursions in the area. The location was good, close to many many beaches. Thank you Loredana for being such a wonderful host!!

Summary: We were a group of 5 adults and the house was perfect for our stay. The location was great and walking distance to several grocery stores, restaurants and a lovely wine shop. Lordana was very helpful recommending restaurants, beaches and other nearby attractions. Very much appreciated!

Summary: We were several friends and rented both 4-people-appartments for 10 days. The appartments were clean, modern and well equipped with bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. We also used the barbecue grill and the terrace was cool for meeting each other in the evening. The location is okay (it's not directly on the beach but 15 minutes away by foot). There are 3 supermarkets surrounding, a few restaurants and even more restaurants on the way to the beach. Great appartments for maximum altogether 8 people, we've had no problems, contact to renter was uncomplicated and fast, just perfect.

Summary: We hired both upstairs and downstairs properties for our family of three couples. The property has lovely outdoor space for sitting and dining out : We had a couple of bbq’s . The rooms were spotlessly clean and the air con was a good send. It was a 15/20 minute walk to the Cala Liberotto beaches which were idyllic with beautiful backdrops and not a high rise in sight. We visited a number of beaches along the coast, some more sandy and some rocky but all beautiful with crystal clear water. There are bike and walking trails but it was too hot for that when we went. There is wind surfing and kayaking at the beach a bit further along the coast. There is a bakery and two supermarkets a few minutes walk away and a number of restaurants. Lorendena was at hand if we needed her but everything was self explanatory. We had a lovely week in the sun. Thank you Lorendena

Summary: Let’s start the review from the host. Loredana. If I could give 10 starts I will because she was amazing! Great and clear communication at all times during the process. The house was exactly as de scripted and very very clean. She came and greeted us with a big smile and the proceeded to explain everything about the property. She also gave us the best recommendations for activities and dining. The property itself is well taken care of, clean and spacious, with many comforts and everything you need for a good stay. The location is just a short drive from amazing beaches and in a very and clean area (we were with kids and it was very important to us). Great restaurants are either walking distance or just a few minutes drive. I honestly recommend this property and for sure I’ll go back if I am again in this area. Thank you Loredana!! Me and my family appreciated everything you did for us.

Summary: The appartments are very clean and nice, around the house you can sit outside and grill in the evening. One 100 meters around you can find a Supermarket, cafe und Restaurants. The beach ist about 1.000 meters away, but the beach is empty, beautiful and clean. The water is very clean. We enjoyed to stay in this location and hopefully come back again.

Summary: We spent 4 wonderful days in cala liberotto this year. The appartment was perfect for my husband and I although would equally suit a family of 4 as there was a second bedroom with bunk beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Loredana lives about and hour away but was there to meet us with a smile and gave us many tips for good restaurants and places to see in the nearby area.( her english was very good so the language barrier wasn't a problem ) The property itself is very well equipped and in perfect order with your own private garden and outside eating area yet it is only a short walk from the supermarket and the beach, which was one of the many coves on this eastern coastline. We will definitely return to sardinia sometime in the future and when we do we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for everything Loredana it was just perfect x
