On the ground floor the large living area, directly overlooking the covered and furnished terrace and the private garden of 400 square meters, consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy and comfortable lounge, a bathroom with shower and a spacious room used as a laundry and closet.
The first floor, accessible both from inside and from the garden, consists of 2 double bedrooms overlooking the covered terrace, a bedroom with a two-seater sofa bed and a second bathroom with shower.
The fine sandy beach and the village are easily reached on foot in less than 5 minutes.

Summary: Nice property with the most amazing views over the Mediterranean. Functional kitchen, two bathrooms and pleasant quirky front room. The two main bedrooms are a good size with access to a lovely terrace. The outside area is the star of the show with the amazing views and a pretty garden. Marco is the most friendly and accommodating host and provided lots of information concerning the local beaches, towns and restaurants. Andora beach and promenade is just 5 minutes walk down the hill - and 10 minutes walk back! Laigueglia & Cervo are well worth a visit and only 10 minutes by car or bus. Thanks Marco for s great holiday.

Summary: Super House, good contact to the renter in case of troubles, nice city of marina di andora, good restaurants, short way to city and beach. The house was furnished lovely. Beautiul view to the sea from terrace. The house is adviseable!

Summary: The house is perfectly equipped (best I’ve experienced in a rental), is very homely and comfortable, great view and quiet. You can hear the sea. Marco is very welcoming. This makes a huge difference. We were there end December / January and the weather was perfect for hiking, and visiting nearby villages. Thanks Marco.

Summary: Our experiece with the house, the rentor, the location was all very positive. Perhaps three things to mention specially or in addition: the house and view were even better than we expected, and the rentor/landlord, Marco, was not only easy to contact and reach, but also always very friendly and helpful! When we arrived, there was even food waiting for us to prepare a first dinner.

Summary: The house is great, very spacious, cosy and equipped with everything you need. The garden and terrace are big and you can always find a sunny or shaded place just as you like. To the beach and restaurants and supermarkets you can easily walk. Marco is a very friendly and generous host.

Summary: We stayed at Marco’s house as a group of 6 for a week for our summer vacation. The house is awesome, in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from the beach and with the most amazing view from the balcony and patio across the Mediterranean Sea. Marco was also a great host, always reachable when needed and able to recommend fantastic restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and would definitely come back!

Summary: Everything was wunderful. Marco was very helpful and welcoming. House is very well equipped. We have spent the days on the sunbeds and made many excursions by bus. Bus stop and supermarket easily to reach by foot, but once you are at the house, you just hear the birds, the trees and the waves. Enjoyed our stay and we will come again next year. Silvia and Lorenz
