It is newly renovated with a kitchen/ living area, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large sun room/screened-in porch overlooking a colorful garden. It is complete with 2 cable TV's, VCR and fans in every room. The fresh water pond is clean and perfect for swimming and fishing! Tennis, golfing, antiquing, flea markets, art fairs, home of the Chatham Anglers (free Cape Cod Baseball League games), Friday night Chatham Band concerts (free and don't forget the penny candy store), 4 star resort Chatham Bars Inn, fine dining to carry out and everything in between, sailing, whale watches, seal watches, deep sea fishing, and the town movie theater! Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Cozy cottage. We will return during our annual Chatham visits. Hopefully we can book for next year and have told friends to join us in their own rental.

Summary: We stayed for a month during the summer. We found the cottage, the location, and the grounds to be a great value. The cottage itself has everything you need, and is equipped for a long stay. Even has an umbrella and beach chair. We were able to cook and be comfortable for a long stay. The sunroom is so wonderful, all the windows open just like a screened in porch. The bathroom shower is a bit cramped, the size of a small RV shower, we are normal sized folks, but it worked just fine. The location was above our expectations. The community, is quiet, peaceful and well kept. You might find the pond better than the beach. The water is clear, clean and warmer than the beach. Also no mosquitos down there! We were swimming in Mid June when the weather outside was 70. It has a lovely beach and very private. We brought our ebikes, and it made it easy to get to town, bike paths and beaches. We saved 100s of dollars bringing out bikes and frustration finding parking. We had a system of dropping our gear, having someone take the car to free parking then biking back. Don’t tell anyone but sea street beach (20 min away) is the best, the one right by cold storage beach (by sesuit harbor) drop your stuff and bike from the closest church. Water is crystal clear, bottom is sandy, and water so calm you can bring a pool float.Tara is very responsive and easy to work with. We felt we got more than we bargained for and would love to stay here again.

Summary: Perfect for my visit to Chatham - clean and cozy with all the amenities including cable and wifi. I took a swim in the pond and got some work done as well. Great value for the I was pleasantly surprised that there was a window air conditioner in the Bedroom as it was not mentioned in the listing and it was a bit of a heat wave.
