Its' large back yard is completely fenced, with large back porch and barbeque. Kitchen is completely furnished and ready for entertaining. Summary: Property located in heart of Charlottetown, with good access to all amenities. Nancy was very responsive to any issues we ran into, and were resolved quickly. Some clean up of the front landscaping should be done to allow easier access into the home. It does not look like the picture shown in VRBO - very overgrown, covering the side walkway and part of the front. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a group of seven volunteer medical responders stay at this location, while they were providing medical services at the Canada Games. This location met our needs.

Summary: Close to downtown and the university campus by vehicle (especially in the winter). Good kitchen supplies and space for 8 people to spread out. Was very comfortable.

Summary: Great location for the 4 of us on a golf trip to PEI. Central to all the courses we played and within waking distance to lots of restaurants in Charlottetown.

Summary: The location of the house was perfect. We could walk to the fair and horse races, and to the waterfront and restaurants all within 20 minutes. The house is really nice. Sitting on the back porch was a favourite passtime.
