This wonderful suburban retreat is tucked away on a corner lot in a quiet Southeast Portland Neighborhood. It is conveniently located to groceries, shopping, and entertainment. The Seiben Creek Retreat is a fantastic location for your family or small group to stay at and enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
The main level boasts and fantastic living, kitchen, and casual dining area that makes for a great space to relax and enjoy time together. One entire side of the living and dining space has oversized windows and a sliding glass door which allows the entire area to be bathed in natural light. Additionally there is a more formal dining room as well as a half bath on this floor as well. Another great amenity is the fully fenced backyard which makes it an exceptional space for those travelling with kiddos or pets.
Ascending upstairs you will find four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Within the oversized primary suite there is an additional flatscreen TV for your streaming desires, as well as a desk and office chair if you absolutely must be productive. Two of the other three bedrooms have queen beds, while the fourth bedroom enjoys a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a desk.
Almost every piece of furnishing within the home is brand new. Each piece was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for you stay. Be one of the first to enjoy this fantastic home. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
*Special Note* There are security cameras in the front and backyard that are only used for security purposes. All privacy is respected.

Summary: Nice place to stay. It was clean, well stocked with everything You need. My hubby and his son had two big trucks so parking was a little tough. A few maintenance issues throughout the house the management needs to fix but nothing to hinder the stay.

Summary: We met up with family after the loss of mom. This property was ideal for getting together in comfort. We watched movies, had a bbq on the grill, hung out on the back porch with the birds and blossoming trees. A big yard for our sister's senior dog. We played games and ate food in the spacious dining areas. There is a walking trail right down the road. Grocery stores nearby allowed us to get any forgotten food and supplies. We would definitely rent here again.

Summary: We really lucked out with this house as we have family in Happy Valley and needed a place for my family of 4 (two kids, age 7 & 3) and some extended family. Check-in was seamless and the property exceeded expectations based on the pictures.The amenities provided were very generous and easily lasted us through the week we stayed, and the property owners were very responsive after a winter storm hit the city and trash pickup for the week was skipped.One of the best rental houses I've ever stayed in!

Summary: We stayed fo a little over 4 weeks. The location is good if younwant to be near the hospital. The house is nice, but unfortunately the furniture, beds, tolites, are just not comfortable. The outside area was nice for the dog, but there were no lights in the outside are, so it was unusable. There are a lot of off limit areas, the grage, the master closet and another closet upstairs. Also the fireplace and the master bed tv both did not work.

Summary: The house was lovely and we enjoyed it very much. Just a few hiccups that would have made our stay without a hitch. Ants in the cupboard and sink, fruit flies comjng from the glass sliding door. We can see that alot of work has been made in house. There was alot of thought put in place to ensure every guest stay is accommodated. We appreciated all the details.. Upon arrival we noticed some items that needed to be addressed and the response was very quick. Trash being emptied between guest could be better, we had to have family and friends in the area take our trash as the bins were all full from prior guests. Check out time is too early for my liking. Although the stay presented some snag I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again. THANK YOU for a lovely stay!

Summary: Very impressed with how clean the home was. Cream carpets were recently cleaned. I was nervous about a pet-friendly house but it was immaculate. Beds were decently comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Location was a nice neighborhood and felt very safe. Property manager was attentive. We would definitely stay again here.

Summary: House met our purposes and was close to other family who live in the Area, close to grocery store. House needed some minor fixes which I reported to management. TV was difficut and couldn't watch local news or football games. We would stay again as management said they would be fixing the issues.
