Welcome to Casa Bella, our spacious estate just steps from downtown Palm Springs. This 4-bedroom, Santa Fe-styled retreat spans 3,500 sq ft, seamlessly blending indoor & outdoor living for a true California experience. Immerse yourself in the verdant desert garden, pool deck, covered patio, and even a brand new mini-golf course, all nestled within a private, hedged 15,000 sq ft property. Inside, dine with family or friends around our big new 8-10 top travertine dining table, or walk to uptown restaurants in just 10 minutes.
At Casa Bella, you'll enjoy an outdoor oasis with poolside lounging, hot tub relaxation, and alfresco dining under the stars or on the covered patio by the outdoor kitchen. Unwind in poolside loungers, or gather around the fire pit under twinkling string lights. Master your ping-pong skills on our new table or play on your private nine-hole putting green with overhead lighting for night rounds. An outdoor misting system keeps everything cool when the weather is warm.
There are TWO king-bedded primary suites, with private bathrooms, double vanities and walk-in closets. Two more bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and Smart TVs with cable box access to 120 channels plus streaming apps like Prime Video, HBO, and Netflix. Bedrooms are located in far corners of the house, so it's easy to find peace and quiet when needed.
A wall of glass doors maximize the indoor/outdoor lifestyle at Casa Bella. Summary: My family and I had an amazing stay! The house and grounds are beautiful. The house has everything you need from barware to swim toys! We loved spending the days swimming and enjoying the privacy of the yard and pool. It was like staying at our own private resort!

Summary: This is a spacious, well appointed home in a wonderful location near Movie Colony, an iconic Palm Springs neighborhood. The home worked great for a family and came well equipped for small children with a pack n play and highchair. Lots of great things for the adults as well - foosball, darts, pingpong, and billiards, plus a fantastic pool, spa, and nine hole putting green in a beautiful back yard. Tons of fun. Chris, the property manager, lives next door and was very helpful with the only (small) issue we had. Lots of room in and out to enjoy being together. We will definitely be back next year!

Summary: Great property. Well equipped, wth tons of amenities.Our host Chris was very helpful and the written guide to the house was really helpful. The two kids in our group loved the pool and spa, although the two 75 year olds could have benefited from a railing to help getting in and out of the spa. Location is good within a reasonable walk of downtown and several family restaurants.

Summary: Everything about our stay was excellent. The house, property and property manager (Chris) were fantastic. The home is in a great location and close to downtown. The house is well stocked with everything needed and the backyard is a complete oasis!! We would love to go back and stay again in the future!

Summary: What a pleasure it was to stay at Casa Bella. I was a bit hesitant at first given we went with a total of 3 families, but this place is big. Is your family getting on your nerves? No problem, head outside and relax in the inground hot tub that is connected to the pool via waterfall. Need a quite place to finish up some work? The bedrooms are spread out away from the main living space to give you the quite you need. Additionally, there is an entire separate bar/game room that can be utilized for many things. Nice easy walk to town. Our host, Chris, was absolutely amazing and was very attentive to any questions or needs that we had. All in all, this place was super clean, location is great and the size was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 teens. We will be back for sure! KN

Summary: Great property with plenty of space and "toys" for a group to enjoy (Mini Golf Course, Pool, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Darts, etc). Kitchen was well supplied and nice inside and outside dining areas. Great location with walkability to a nearby park and north part of Palm Springs strip with nice restaurants, shopping, coffee shops. Some airport and helicopter noise but not a significant issue. Highlight included very attentive and helpful property manager who lives next door (he knew we were arriving late so he offered to stock the fridge with a few essentials for breakfast the next day - a really nice welcome). Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.
