Summary: Hotel lobby was nice. Our room windows were covered with a film so we couldn't see outside, it was pretty dark and depressing. Front desk staff made it feel like we were bothering and inconveniencing them just for checking in. Parking system was stupid. Overall, 3/10.

Summary: Hotel staff was wonderful but the room could have used a good cleaning. My biggest complaint was that the tub was clogged and someone else’s hairs started to come out of the drain.

Summary: Had to stay here because of canceled flight. Free shuttle from and to airport was very nice. Room was quiet, clean, bed comfy. Price of room was surprisingly reasonable. Bar staff and coffee shop staff was nice. Only negative was younger gal at check - in. Didn’t want to physically check us in on computer. Told us we had to do it online. So we sat right in front of her, and did that. Then she checked us in. She and the other gal there seemed more interested in their conversations than the customers.

Summary: The hotel staff were friendly and provided a good level of service. The room was clean and condition of facilities were acceptable. Based on my experience at the Detla Hotel Philadelphia, it is underrated online - overall I would give 3.5 to 4 stars.
