Positive: I didn’t have breakfast. The staff were are friendly and helpful! The shuttle driver was very kind, helpful and punctual. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive to the airport. The AC worked very well!
Negative: The room was small. The ceilings were very low. A lot of noises from the hallway. Loud doors and voices.I was given a first floor room. I never feel very safe on the first floor. The sink faucet handles were in an odd location and made the sink tricky to use.
Summary: It was good enough. But, I feel it was too expensive. The free airport shuttle was great!

Positive: Excellent and helpful staff who were accommodating when our early morning departure became a much later day departure due to flight disruptions at BTV. Nicely laid out room that was quiet.
Negative: The bedding-comforter in particular--was too light weight for the air conditioned environment. Extra blankets really were needed and not provided (though we did not ask). The room is renovated except for the toilet/shower area, which was very cramped and dated.
Summary: Would recommend and stay again if early morning departure from BTV necessitates a hotel stay.

Positive: The hotel was very nice and quiet. Beds are very comfortable and the surrounding is wonderful.
Negative: At over $170 per night, I don't understand that I should have paid $20 or more for breakfast in the restaurant. The restaurant staff should also pay more attention to the billing, as one customer had put our room number on his receipt with a wrong name. It would have ended up on our credit card had I not asked at checkout if there were additional charges!

Positive: It was easy to get to; the property around the hotel and in the lobby was very nice.
Negative: The pool area was very warm; the toilet had a hard time flushing; if we were supposed to be sleeping under a duvet, the cover was open around our heads; the layout of the room was uncomfortable - we entered the room through the bathroom????;
