Summary: The breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive and my multigrain bread was not fresh. The staff member did not even check back in with us to see if we were satisfied with our breakfast. We were not acknowledged at the checkin area upon arrival and waited almost 40 minimum for service. The service came with an apology and an upgrade to a room where the carpet was dirty and cover sheet missing from the bed. The box spring only had a sheet thrown over it. House keeping subsequently came up to rectify it, however, our complaint was not documented by the front desk staff who took our call from the room. Parking appeared to be safe. We were not given a credit due to our reservation being with a third party. We would stay at this hotel anymore.

Summary: The room rate is expensive for the dated hotel and needs significant renovation. We stay in the executive level, and the ceiling finishing shows a crack line, and the paint peels off. The paint on the door frame also peels off, and the carpet looks dirty and old. Overall, it looks cheap and does not reflect a 4-star hotel.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay, but the Casino is the tightest Casino we have ever been to, with the amount of games they have and we didn’t see any big winners, it’s hard to win here, but on the other hand the Atlas Restaurant is a 5+ experience and our waiter was awesome m.
