Summary: Was an underwhelming check in experience with very unenthusiastic staff. Room was ok - seemed to be constant water on floor in bathroom which was ‘ok’ on cleanliness. Dinner was poor - have had much better meals in Wetherspoons for a fraction of the price - service through dinner was poor and slow. Had to get up myself to offer to pay the bill - didn’t even get asked if wanted a desert. Breakfast was good though.

Summary: Excellent food, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. They were having a prom event when we arrived and it made parking a nightmare. The kids liked the pool, and I found the workout room to be more than adequate.

Summary: The service was excellent, and the food in the restaurant was fine. The bathrooms in the rooms could use a refresh, and while the rooms aren't as soundproof as advertised, they are still fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
