Summary: As always, top rated service with all the little touches from this great staff. Property is aging well overall, but the room we had felt sterile and empty and didn't do enough to leverage the great view. One gripe - a dirty plate was outside our room in the corridor when we arrived, which dampened the experience. More positives - the club had an excellent breakfast offering and the balcony dining area is exceptional - recommend that.

Summary: We arrived on 6/28/25 our stay was amazing , all staff were wonderful specially staff in the Hotel’s restaurant, Kate, Tess and Ann who served our Breakfast, we were able to get free bikes from hotel and went to Victoria downtown. There was just off the Hotel the water taxi station very convenient Over all we had pleasant stay . Thank you

Summary: The room was nice, but the window faced the loading dock so was awakened early every morning by the garbage truck, food delivery truck or linen truck. Paid $500 per night x 4. Thought I would have had a better room for that price. On Sunday night there was an event in one of the conference room which was two doors away. Extremely loud with people screaming and laughing. This went till 11 pm which seems rather late for this level of crazy noise. This room on the third floor should be priced different. Had some cocktails at Lure and had excellent service there!

Summary: I have been many times in Victoria, but this time was such a wonderful experience being in delta hotel,everything was amazing,helping desk named Claudia was a nice lady,she guided us very well. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Summary: Fast check in, room was ready early and we enjoyed the hotel amenities. Great location and the view of the harbour was nice. Also enjoyed watching float planes landing and boats sailing around. Life restaurant was great food and had good value for $$ spent.
