Positive: Lots of information provided by host before the visit. The suite was beautiful, so comfortable and had everything we needed. Having the gazebo with BBQ was a bonus. Great location for beach access and for driving to town and around. Definitely will come back.

Positive: The location is only a few hundred yards from the ocean. I walked the Whiffen Spit every morning before breakfast and the dog walkers were so friendly. There is everything you could possibly need in the studio and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The garden is a huge bonus.
Negative: Absolutely nothing. We will be back again very soon.
Summary: Most relaxing holiday stay for quite a few years.

Positive: Beautiful clean, spacious, well-appointed, comfortable place to stay. Kitchen was well-stocked including extras such as spices, tea, coffee, and welcoming cookies! Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels if needed. Many thoughtful items have been provided for guests to use. Close to numerous beaches, including Whiffin Spit being only a few minutes walk away. Also had access to a wonderful outdoor private space which included a fire pit (not used due to fire ban in place), table, barbecue etc. Linda is a friendly and gracious host and able to provide much information about the area.

Summary: It was perfect. I look forward to staying there again in the future and would highly recommend the place to others.

Positive: The location is close to the spit and restaurants. John and Linda are excellent hosts and go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite is the cleanest that we have encountered. The hosts are the most professional you could find.

Positive: Amazing location and the owner was really lovely. Lots of little touches to make our stay special.
Negative: Loved everything! Seriously amazing place. My only suggestion would have liked to have a lighter bedspread for the master bed. It was a hot weekend when we stayed, and the winter blanket was a bit heavy.
Summary: Absolutely wonderful. Easily the best place we stayed during our entire trip to Vancouver Island.
