Summary: This hotel was fine, the room was big, comfy beds etc (although kings would be better than doubles and there is space in the room for them). The main problem was the complete lack of sound-proofing. We had a really noisy family next to us, but could hear everything from all surrounding rooms too. Breakfast was pretty good.

Summary: Very enjoyable stay in fabulous golf course setting. Professional friendly staff who were very attentive be it in the bar, restaurant or at breakfast. Great dinner and breakfast. Perfect for visiting RHS Bridgewater too.

Summary: Staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. The pool change rooms are spacious and clean. Carpet in the hall was stained in areas, especially around the ice machine. There was mold in the shower grout. It would be nice if bedside lamps had dimmer switches or low light options.

Summary: The room was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet, but the bathroom was dated and a little battered and could do with an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you! The breakfasts were amazing, such a great variety and well cooked, genuinely something for everyone, the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool area was a bit of a keg down unfortunately and didn’t seem very clean, and we had dinner one night in the sports bar which was not very good at all, so we were disappointed in that and wouldn’t recommend eating in the bar.
