NOTICE: Due to Wyndham's change in guest policies, some dates are blacked out for guests without an owner present. Because of this, we may not be able to put your name on the reservation until the morning of check in. If this is the case, we will forward the email confirmation by 9am central time to your email and text you the confirmation number the morning of check in. This will apply to holidays, spring break, and summer reservations.
This is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort inside the 30,000 acres that makes up Disney World. The resort is located on the same street as Disney s Caribbean Beach Resort and Downtown Disney. The resort has beautiful landscaping, 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, 18 hole mini golf, gas grills, swings, a game room, and exercise room. All of this is free to guests. Parking is also included in the rental amount.
The 2 bedroom condo has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a full kitchen and living/dining area. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. There is a full complement of dishes, pots, pans flatware, cookware, baking utensils, knives, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and plastic garbage bags. The kitchen has full size appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, and hot pads.
The resort has a shuttle that runs to all the Disney parks plus Downtown Disney. It is currently $8 per person per round trip.
Child Needs: The resort has free pak n plays and high chairs available to guests. Just ask them when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring them to your room.
Out cancellation policy states:
CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.
NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can t change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don t work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

Summary: Will cover the negative first. Even though we gave the property 5 stars; the check-in process was a nightmare. We landed at MCO at 12:30 AM and got to the property around 2AM to a long check in line to learn that the resort was overbooked and we had to stay in a 1 bedroom for the evening. We did arrive at a very busy time (Sunday before Thanksgiving) but it was still a complete bummer to have to move rooms the next day and ate up a lot of our time we had planned for other things. They gave us a $100 cash gift voucher we could spend anywhere but not sure it completely made up for losing almost a whole day of vacation to logistics. That said, rest of the stay made up for the bad start. Location is perfect for Disney parks and good for Universal (~25 minute drive.) We did both. Even though we had a rental car it was cheaper and easier to Uber to Disney. We ended up in Tower 5 in a newly remodeled 2-bedroom and it was perfect for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and we were right above the lazy river. If we had a do-over we would have asked for a room on the other side of the building as the side facing the water gets lot of noise from pool music from 9AM to 9PM. Probably won't bother some folks but for us we like it quieter. That said after 9PM the resort was quiet and we slept very well in the comfy beds. Host was super responsive to all emails. There are some wonky rules you have to follow on check-in but for us they were no big deal. Would stay again.

Summary: We loved this place! We loved all the activities and all the pools. We travelled with 2 other families and they were able to get us all on the same floor next to each other which was awesome. We had 11 kids ranging from 3-18 between our rooms and all of them loved it too.

Summary: The condos were clean and up to date. Catherine, the manager, was very nice to work with. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The parking lot, the view from the balcony, wasn’t the best, though if you call ahead, you can ask for a pool view. The ONLY thing I didn’t like about our trip is that we were asked to lie about how we booked. This made checking in almost miserable, bc the front desk did not stop prying, including calling the room. But we chose to do what was asked of us, so that was on us. Otherwise, everything else was absolutely perfect. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Summary: We took a few day get away to visit Disney. This location was very close to all the parks. The property was very clean and looked just as described. The check in process was quick and seamless. The pools were wonderful. It was a great stay.

Summary: Our suite was clean and well furnished. All the necessary kitchen appliances were provided; however the only meal we ate in was breakfast (cereal with milk, yogurt, fruit, and of course coffee!) all of the TV’s worked and the Wi-Fi was strong. The resort was great, with a pool for each tower and several restaurants. We will definitely return!
