Summary: This place was perfect for our family for Christmas in Lucca. The place is so spacious and has views from every window. The top sunroom is amazing and the roof top. Marina was so lovely when she checked us in. We will definitely be back one day. Fell in love with Lucca!

Summary: The best views of any accommodation in Lucca: from the 7th floor rooftop terrace to the couch in the 4th floor living room's view of the Guinigi Tower to the 5th floor terrace's view of San Frediano's beautiful mosaic. The condo's location on Via Fillungo gives you one-minute access to the restaurants and bars in Anfiteatro and Piazza San Frediano, to four gelateria within a minute's walk, to the best shopping in Lucca. The apartment has four indoor sitting rooms (a huge one on the main floor, two on the next floor, and a fourth on the top indoor floor). With three showers and four bedrooms, we had what we needed for a comfortable stay for 6 friends. Marina was very kind and helpful. Spotlessly clean.

Summary: Property location is perfect - close to a market, a cafe, many restaurants and shops, and a 5 minute walk to the wall. The apartment is fantastic - well-equipped kitchen, a phenomenal library and plenty of room for everyone to have some personal space. This property is better than advertised. Communication was great - the only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.....
