Positive: The view was spectacular as advertised. The location was great. Lots of things to do within walking/driving distance.

Negative: The apartment needs repairs. Both showers were broken. Broken shower door in one, broken shower head in the other. The apartment is noisy, both from neighbours and the street. The apartment lacked basic necessities like paper towels, garbage bags and a decent coffee maker.

Summary: Adequate but not perfect.

Positive: Stanning view to the ocean from any window, ocean walking pass couple of minutes walk. There is really almost everything needed in the apartment.

Negative: A bit not very good sound isolated but if the people you are traveling with taking care, that is not a big deal.

Positive: 3 balconies, all South facing so the sun was shining through all day and through to early evening. Lovely sunsets!

Negative: The shutter in the kitchen was stuck half open. The doors were a bit clunky when opening them so it was difficult to be quiet when using them at night. You could hear the neighbours really clearly. There was a curtain missing in the master bedroom. The shower room lights didn’t work properly, they were extremely dim and flickered quite a bit it was really dark in there however after quite a long wait, they lit up. The extractor fan in the kitchen didn’t have a bulb so that corner of the room was really dark.
