The house was built in 1985, I got it in 2009 and it's been my retreat since. New windows, travertine tile floor, and skylights gives one the sense of being outside. The shared kitchen, dinning and living area are very bright and welcoming during the day. It's warm & cozy at night when you fire up the fireplace, and turn down the lights.
Your Master Ensuite is a spacious 300 sq-ft, with beautiful Saltillio floor tile. The bathroom is splashed with colorful talavera Mexican tile. There is a walk-in closet, blackout window shutters, a Master Safe, surge protected power strip, reclining King size bed and a massive 65" Plasma TV 7.2 Dolby surround system. A very nice desk awaits your laptop.
The kitchen is fully equipped with most every thing you will need. Come make a meal or just sit down and have a cup of coffee from my incredible coffee bar.
My Backyard Garden Room - Sanctuary & Koi Pond; ... the garden is undergoing some changes currently. I'm making it a more Texas flora & fauna friendly retreat. Wander around, have a seat under my pecan tree, or just bask in the Texas sun. Maybe even grill up a juicy Texas steak..... The perfect place to Relax & Recharge!
Enjoy a morning cup of java on the front porch, watching the neighborhood start a new day.
