Positive: The property is beautiful and well located near the cathedral. Breakfast was well served and the family room was big enough for the 3 of us.
Negative: Because it is an old house, there are a lot of stairs. Room is on the top floor. The ceiling in the bedroom is inclined and low, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. The bed could have been more comfortable and the pillows were awful, but that might just be a matter of taste.

Positive: Excellent location. We left our car parked during our stay and walked to every visit. This is really a Bed and Breakfast and not a hotel. The French words translate as guest house. Our host fluent in English and offered several suggestions as well as imparting general knowledge. Breakfast was more than ample; croissant, crepes, yogurt, eggs if desired and coffee. Our room was quite large and the bed comfortable. We had an interior modern bathroom. There was a fridge, microwave, plate and utensils. We used all for our the leftovers we brought back with us.
Negative: Parking: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it. That is not true. But the booking.com website is misleading. There is no free parking. There is nearby garage that is about 15 euros a day. We were quite lucky and found a space right outside which cost about 7 E a day. Download the parking app and pay using it. Quite simple. A work of caution about planning a visit to Reim; 2 major sites are closed for renovation [Beaux Arts Museum and the Palace de Tau]. Plan accordingly.

Positive: Beautiful guest house, the décor, art, furniture... stunning! Very clean too. Great communication from the host. Big breakfast. Perfect location, near the Cathedral. We only stayed the one night and I was very surprised at the value for money for this boutique guest house. Highly recommend.

Positive: The host Guillaume was a great guy and gave us some interesting tips regarding where to eat. Quiet neighbourhood. 10 minutes slow walk from the cathedral and the main restaurant street. Breakfast. WOW! Huge!
Negative: Nothing. We were happy with everything. Whenever we stop in Reims we expect to have trouble parking but we found a space opposite the hotel straight away so even this worry disappeared.
